Management rejected a bid from Betr for 220M last June for the Australian business, and that wasn’t allowing for any Canadian assets. So your valuation my be a little low.
Me thinking that after this transaction gets voted in tomorrow, and sellers taking capital loses drys up after tomorrow, we may see a 10% to 15% rise early next week before in starts to plateau out.
