The deal with the MIXI off-market bid is pushing them to make a decision one way or another, and that just shooting down the Scheme won't work.
Feels to me like BBT is unlikely to put a higher offer (well actually they haven't put any formal offer together).
They may have just been threatening to blow up the scheme as well, which they can probably do, but really this would just delay the inevitable a month or so.
I don't think PBH would've been this aggressive with the rejection if they thought the due diligence and negotiations were going somewhere.
I took the opportunity to exit today.
