pierre, yes, very different mechanism than PBT434. No animal study publications (?) but they tell that their antibody mimics halts alpha synuclein expression in dose dependent manner measured by brain scan in mice. They do not tell anything about symptoms, neither about nerve cells. Drug isadministered intravenously.
I wonder if they have already done phase 1. Perhaps an orphan drug application can be done before any human studies (???).
Will be interesting to see the results in humans.
