The way I read it, the business is a loss making exercise. Hence, Bega has crunched the numbers and decided to close the business. It couldn't even sell it (yet) as nobody else wanted to own a loss making business.
Seems like a normal business decision to me. You never know, the local farmers might organise a co-op but not to current date. GLTAH Keith
