I previously posted http://www.huffingtonpost.com/gobankingrates/heres-what-an-average-apa_b_10346298.html confirming $1234.43 is actual us average and what I should be using for a 1 bedroom (not $800 being my conservative figure). The effect is transaction fees would be 50% higher than what I previously said if you want to use the actual as average.
