Homecare always had to be DTC for this successfully commercialise (only issue with this is the assessors need to know APS for those 5 out of 6 manual assessments still required for Painchek, hence technology limitation).
If trained RCA are using Painchek for homecare, the same technology limitation will occur with Painchek used in nursing home but worst since these homecare companies are doing these 5 out of 6 manual assessments they will be earning a majority of the $5 per month cost.
