I got in at 11cents on the dot, probably could have waited for 10.5c but it's nothing worth worrying about if you are in it on the long-run. If you have done the research, made your guess on what success looks like for the company and attach appropriate revenue growth based on how you define success, the share price will take care of itself to the valuation.
A couple of months ago, shares traded at 18 cents with even less information than what we have today. Like I keep on repeating on this thread over and over, the market does not know how to value companies that are early in their growth cycle. Share price growth is news-driven for a company like Painchek. However, when trials get completed and beds start turning into cash flow, the market will reassess and give high forward multiples. This is where you get the edge over institutional investors, those "professionals" eventually see Painchek popup in their filters when revenue starts growing. To me, that will be when Painchek hits $20M in revenues. Currently, this company is too speculative for instos to build a position, hence that's why they always first get in at a discount through a capital raise. They reassess in 6-month blocks or 2 quarters and make a call to buy more or trim the position.
