Can't work this out either. The study page gives an estimated completion date of December 2022 for the Phase 1a trial. The CRC gave its blessing to proceed to Phase 1b in early-Jan and as you note, the Roche supply agreement was also announced in January 2022.

I didn't think getting final results for Phase 1a was a condition to commence Phase 1b, since safety has already been proven, and efficacy indicators for the monotherapy would only be a bonus. But it doesn't seem like the Phase 1b trial has been announced / approved yet, as I couldn't find anything else re: PD1-Vaxx on clinicaltrial.org and IMU hasn't mentioned PD1-Vaxx since Jan.

Assuming this supply agreement holds, it would seem like positive progress on Phase 1b might now be the closest route to an actual BP partnership.

Anyone know if its a requirement for final Phase 1a results to be in before commencing 1b?
