Thanks OvF - interesting read. I guess if the trials are established in cancer treatment to commence with very ill patients there is an underlying rationale. It may well be that these patients have no option and otherwise face palliative care which is very distressing but if they can be relieved from suffering through treatment that also extends their life that is very compelling. It will be of great moment when treatments administered to just diagnosed who have a choice of old treatments that cause horrible side effects and in time the IMU treatment options.
