    If LKO holding is exchanged for cash will

    Door 1: the market recognise the value NPM holds and push the share price up; or
    Door 2: NPM will pay a special dividend cause its too much cash; or
    Door 3: Spend it all on drilling to entire planet earth and declare numerous JORC Resources
