If Flinders was a no show it would have been thrown out 2 years ago as Texel_2012 mentioned... there was always going to be conditions attached to the approval and this is why we have seen such a long timeline between exploration,discovery and execution ... I expect in the conclusion will be in the next 3 weeks with the pressure of the outgoing CEO.
