NSW is currently under Caretaker Government so there is zero chance of PEP11 being looked at, let alone approved, this week. Nor this month. Possibly not even in May. A lot will depend on whether Paul Toole keeps his job as NSW Resources Minister, if he doesn't his replacement will need time to "familiarise" themselves with PEP11. Plenty of time for David to organise the Cap Raise and relisting of MMR.
