If the Cap Raise is at $0.0044 with a free attaching option, I feel comfortable that it will be well supported. David usually adds a "shortfall offer" to his rights issues which means those not convinced will likely have their entitlements purchased by those who are a bit more bullish. I think the CR will be around the $2M to $4M mark, shouldn't be too challenging but I guess time will tell. I will be taking up mine, that is for sure.
