Ann: PDF Registration Reinstated, page-40

I am a current holder but have received nothing directly from the company. As I understand it to get reinstated to the ASX they needed to get their PDF status back, get pep 11 approval and have sufficient financial capacity. Only one of those conditions have been met so far so I guess we have a while to wait yet. Time will tell but it appears to me that everything depends on pep11 drill approval. If that doesn’t happen I think we can all kiss our investment in this company goodbye. Conversely if it does happen MMR will certainly have the capacity to raise funds and we will all be happy little campers.
