That strategy is outlined in the Federal Court bundle but I won't post it as the passage of time may mean the strategy is now out of date.

Raising more than the bare minimum to gain re-admission just wouldn't make sense given how undervalued the SP currently sits.

Advent still has to pay loan repayments to MMR of 4.2 ish million , One month prior to drilling. This will make MMR major shareholder in Advent. I'm no expert in this field. Just trying to connect the dots. Hard to follow sometimes so I could be wrong.
