MMR did hold about 48% of Advent ... It is a bit of a mystery what it holds right now after BPH's raises in the last few months that have increased its stake in Advent (thereby reducing MMR's interest), or what MMR will hold in the future if it is not able to take part in Advent's CRs (subject to PDF review outcome).
I think DB has the ship steered in the right direction and it will be full steam ahead as long as KP does what we all believe he should and approve PEP11.
