    Problem 1

    On the 1 November 2019 only $100000 was invested in IP intelligent, 3.19 percent. It was deinvested after confirmation by asx in breaking guidelines. Mec annual report 2020. So mmr lost PDF over $100000.

    Problem 2

    No notice to PDF staff of board changes.


    Mec staff (DB) stated they only commited 1 offence. (PROBLEM)
