2.5% Board and Management
2.5% Lowell

That accounts for c. 57% without taking into account any other sub-5% long term holders that don't intend to sell/ trade anytime soon.
Thus, on positive news the SP could move very fast, especially given that it has come off such an oversold and potentially undervalued base level.
