There where so few shares traded it made it look good only from the sp. Anyone could have sold smm down 50% with only a few thousand dollars worth of shares. I think the sp jumped 50ish% on less then $8000. It is a shit deal because of the valuation pdn has given.
There wasnt even a counter offer! I think we should have at least got an option or 2 as well
