I concur, this stinks and I would expect the independent report to highlight this is a very opportunistic offer. I would love DYL to come in with an offer for all shares not own by PDN and get a seat on the board. Again existing shareholders are getting shafted at the bottom of the cycle which is clearly moving to the upside over the next few years.
