Crrent NTA for CD2 is approximately $1.71 after the current distribution is paid.
This is just an opportunistic grab attempt by Pengana at about $1.43 per unit which is a 16% haircut.
Just let the investments within the fund mature and get realised and CD2 holders will be much better off in my opinion.
