Crickey doesn't begin to express it, not the outcome but your running commentary on the valuation of this company which at around 65c your spruiked was fully valued. At the time the suggestion that fair value was more in the vicinity of high 70's to the low 80c range was shunned by you and seen as an opportunity to exit the stock gratefully handing over your stock to those willing to pay.
Not satisfied with the limitations of your vision, I note you now espouse the view that;
"More than full enough for a capital-intensive business that, however, well it is managed, doesn't have great scalability and can't fund its growth from free cash flow."
It's unfortunate that persons without a vision beyond only the hard numbers seek to influence outcomes leaving me to ponder your comment and ask on what side of the ledger are you actually advocating for?
In the meantime congratulations to all long term shareholders, I sense with the bidding exceeding the offer price that this has some way to run.
