The estimation that the share price is in "Fair Value Territory" I think is accurate if you estimate for no change with the business, thereby maintaining the status quo.
The potential for an early reintroduction of the dividend needs to be factored in and whilst the dust settles on the takeover, I am quite sure progress on new contracts, slow to come on stream, have been progressing, thus the explanation that 'all divisions have been performing above expectations' so I am anticipating favourable announcements and upward momentum of the SP into the late 70's early 80's before end of financial year, returning to a price point that is consistent with the shares historical past . That I believe is a fair value point from which further growth long term can be anticipated, assuming of course that larger predators don't enter the scene and that certainly cannot be discounted.
