Perspective ! Tanzania wants several Billion Dollars, the few Million dollars that Peak will provide is Peanuts ~ China wants "Infrastructure" and will happily pay over the odds for Ports, Airports, Railways etc, anything that gives them a foothold on the African continent.

Then consider an Australian Company can no longer offer Brown paper bags as encouragement; while the Chinese still expect, and see nothing wrong with the "Fragrant grease" approach to achieve their Goals; . In a place like Tanzania the Chinese will win every time !
