This whole argument is no longer a competition between individual companies, it has become a question of how does the West prevent China from achieving it's stated aims ? In the interim I think you would find that Peak would get an honest hearing from not only the UK but also the US and EU while there is still time.to back out of that MOU. But as I say, they will first need US Government support, so somebody should get on a plane to Washington ASAP.
