So do we know who is offloading at 6.2 the last few weeks? They really don't want PEK going any higher than 6.7 or lower than 6. Lots of 5719 sells is suspicious. Should head straight back up when they are finished playing games. This is a $100m MC company (24-25c) with the lowest capex and opex around. With the prices of rare earths bottoming and slowly increasing we will see its true value rise.
