    3 – REMOVAL OF DIRECTOR (MR PETER MOORE) AND APPOINTMENTOF DIRECTOR (MR STUART FRANCIS HOWES)To consider and, if thought fit, to pass, with or without amendment, the followingresolution as an ordinary resolution:"That, pursuant to section 203D of the Corporations Act 2001 andparagraph 13.5 of the Company Constitution, and for all other purposes,Peter Moore be removed as director of the Company and replaced byStuart Francis James Howes with effect from the closing of this Meeting.
