The multiple times that the CP to getting regulatory approvals needed to be extended for. On these occasions prudent management would have taken the opportunity to shore up Peak's ability and commitment to perform and perhaps get a better commercial outcome.
Should have been exploring options, as soon as you catch wind your partner is getting wobbly.
Not being optioned up all this time just for shareholders to incur the loss time and opportunity cost.
Where is this strategic review? This company is rudderless without any direction. Execution capability is a disgrace.
