    I never invested more money in this stock because the manager has been a massive failure. They have to hire someone else to tell them how to increase share holder wealth. Illustrates how out of depth the management truely is. Added to this to allow a partner that can't fund there portion of JV shows they have done inadequate due diligence. I wont be investing anymore money until there is new management and they start kicking goals.
