Peak has one of the highest grade resources outside of China, with a very favorable LOM time-frame. If this resource wasn't that good... we would not be having this discussion and China would not be hanging around.
If the U.S. want to be a part of this (which is possible), the SML will be signed in seconds. As long as China is involved, I can't see much on the horizon.
