It's right there in the announcement. PRNG owns this project (and, possibly, other projects in Tanzania and/or Africa.) PAM owns PRNG, 100%. PEK owns PAM, 100%.
Quotes: "Peak's indirectly owned Tanzanian subsidiary PR NG Minerals Limited", "Peak's 100% owned subsidiary, Peak African Minerals ("PAM"). PAM is a Mauritian company that currently owns 100% of the shares in PRNG."
And yes, ibuybullion, I've taken a bath on this myself. C'est la vie; at least the capital loss can be offset against future gains...
