People will realise soon that not all capital raises are created equally. The ECS financials are sound, they raised funds to expand their business which is why they only had to offer a small discount to get a full allocation. AGH on the other hand needs to recapitalise their business to keep the lights on. Big discount coming for the next capital raise which still won't guarrantee full allocation given what's happening in the industry at the moment.
Buyer beware.
