I always said the writing was on the wall here with a CEO like Josh, and now the writing is not even on the wall its in your own half yearly report! losses of $16 mill, significant doubt on ability to continue as going concern.
Its been fun having the back and forth over the years, but seems like its game over soon, sorry for your losses mate, if you jump into ECS Im sure you will make it back over the next few years.
