Maybe, it's been a long time since we saw $1+ and it'll probably be at least 18 months before we see it again as long as AGH can do another cap raise.
But Josh did just do a 3.42m USD Deal from the UK with a American company for manufacturing in Canada all whilst covid has been going on. If he can do that then he should have some more announcements coming.
I would think that most other ASX listed cannabis companies are still using covid and closed borders as an excuse for lack of performance.
