This is not just a reflection on sum who imho have handled the raise perfectly.
It is also a reflection on peak. Do they believe in the assets they are raising funds for? Or are they just flippers you go to when all else fails.
So far I am giving them the benefit of the doubt as it was a very strong raise with no snouts in the trough.
