Neither do i expect any sort of competition from any third parties as Shenghe will stay put. Well this is a very long term scheme prior to approval. IMO the consideration is low ball for a project that has everything ticked off except finance for mine construction. The timeframe from scheme announcement to gaining final approval will allow any external and interested parties to carry out due diligence whilst under cover or not. It wouldnt surprise me if another offer other than Shenghe appeared on the PEK table within a month. In other ways Shenghe's drawn out scheme is leaving the door open for others to take a good look inside
