we all no (I have been saying this for the last 2 years on here) it only works with Shenghe taking it over…
it’s very simple, the initial offer is no good..it’s laughable. In surprised it’s been presented. The offer needs to be somewhere close to broker valuations or have the independent valuer provide the guided offer price (not the 199% x vwap).
my concern is management have intentionally tanked the company with an ‘emergency cap raise’, then got all their mates to load up at 10c knowing they can get a quick 400% margin when this shit deal is closed….criminals in my book
