whats interesting is the ex announcement was Friday , most would have assumed ex date was announcement date - therefore the jump to 32c and the volume behind it had nothing to do with entitlement offer (unless it was a leaky ship).
Friday monday volume wasn't heavy = buy the dip if you wanted to and willing to take risk of the transaction not completing.
