On commsec - thats retail exiting and i would image the SPP trade. 0.275 being the breakeven point if they exit the spp at 0.275 as well.
When PEK sold 50% at 0.36, they didnt need FIRB as they restructured the holding company. I do not think there is a FIRB blocker here.
Leaving only a China blocker - which will not happen.
Why are we not trading closer to takeover - Anyone have a view? on initial release it jumped to 0.325c so a lot of those folk who had no idea of the ex entilement date are loss making but more importantly that was the market interpretation, sitting at 0.275c right now makes no sense unless there is risk in the deal?
