A lot of shagging around & risk for minimal gain IMO
    Buy 100,000 at .325 = $32500 prior to brokerage
    100,000 divide by 4.7 = 21,276 (entitlement)
Sell 100,000 at .275 = $27500 prior to brokerage = loss of $4500 prior to brokerage
    Take offer of .359 (Shenghe) 21,276 x .359 = $7638 gross profit.
Take $4500 loss from $7638 profit = taxable gain of $3138. Take into consideration 2 lots of brokerage then the taxable gain becomes below $3000.
Not worth the effort or risk IMO. Upside would be a better offer coming in down the track.
