Buyers know sellers are wanting to sell for above reasons ,so why buy now when can wait to see if Price goes lower.
i think the jump in last week is just traders trading and doing their thing, Monday open was after newspaper article.
wait for meeting then see what happens too many variables ATM to judge current price action on current fundamentals
