Leaving aside the smallish chance of a third party making a better offer, Shenghe will not let go of this world class project. They have committed to this deal, insufficient as it is for shareholders and, consequently, the share price will not go back to $0.10. However, I must admit, the present selling is a bit strange, too cheap, with the offer at $0.359 to be paid in roughly four months.
