Does anyone know if this exclusive rights was only for the Neodymium and Praseodymium rare earth - or also phosphate? because if its phosphate too ( multi commodity) , then its damning on peak to have not progressed this side of things to secure the mining licence requirements of mining within the set period, while shenghe stretched things out, it would also of made shenghe pay more for part of the multi commodity which has not been priced into the offer. (in hindsight i think it was forgone unfortunately that this was shenghe intention to get this for cheap through the means they have) because if this is indeed mismanagement of risk, we are now take or lose this license. I recall vaguely that it did include the other potential minerals as part of the license, but unable to find exact wording describing so.
