have sent an email to PEK expressing a number of things:
the importance of the company upholding it's legal obligations in looking after it's shareholders & not just one shareholder - long term shareholders helped pay for all the groundwork for more than a decade and kept the company afloat - shenghe came in well after the hard yards had been gained
i also queried how anyone can get performance shares, along with their generous remuneration whilst the company is clearly not delivering a good outcome for shareholders - the company has repeatedly told us they were going thru' to production, yet again, they are not delivering
why the board is ok with an such an absolute low ball offer - all very nice for recent buy ins at around the 10c mark & good luck to them - this after they dragged the price there - i reminded them that shenghe bought in at 99c, so how is the value now at only 36c when the price of the NdPr basket has risen around 50%+ since they've been on board?
i'm suggesting all interested shareholders might do likewise and let PEK know that we're not satisfied with getting peanuts for a project worth billions - enough numbers will get their attention - inaction means the status quo
