again unfortunately, I have been calling peak management out for a very long time. Something was off with their timing of announcements and cap raises. The biggest red flag for me was the sending the company into a TH for a cap raises directly after the SML.
the SML would have made the company run, but they never let it happen. Instead they did a cheap cap raise for their mates and themselves.
