Pretty sure the offtake is with Shenghe so on that basis I do not think anyone would offer a bid and why would Shenghe increase their bid in the absence of any other. I have now decided to take up the SPP and vote yes to Shenghe and move on. I am a T20 and running a loss and will put this down as another bad trade. The US had a great opportunity to be self sufficient in REE and showed no interest. Hope all enjoy their $ and move on to greener pastures. Was a long and frustrating experience, have seen better and have seen worse. Good bye to all and good health
