    Also, if there was so much risk for peak to sell to shenghe because of regulatory chinese risk, yet Tanzania will still be part ownership , so what does that say regarding Chinese policy towards imports from other countries who have still ownership . Sheghne spending 150 million on acquisition and another 100 million on development seems they are comfortable with Chinese government policy settings and or proposals. Also mind you shows their hands , that they want this asset, want to start asap in December and so will pay more if management weren't a bunch of wet socks
