I know Peak is worth far more than offered, accept the deal or Peak will end up with a company shell and Shenghe the mine, The 36 cent offer becomes 41.5 cents if we take up our entitlement offer I am taking it and moving on. The BOD never were going to outsmart Shenghe with CCP and Tantzanian support. The Chinese have been the trading masters for 2000 years, from day one Peaks lazy and incompetent BOD were treated like fools and behaved like them. The 7 year offtake they gave away destroyed all their options.
