So Shenghe is not going to buy on market?, they simply want to maintain their 19.9% which is a blocking stake for a peer hostile takeover.

80% of shareholders get a vote - all it takes it 6% to say no.

This offer is getting upped in my opinion, I cannot see any way around it.

but the good thing about starting low is, you only need to top is up 25% and you might be able to convince the rest.

I believe i will be a strong percentage of that 6% shareholder base and will be saying no. Even if i was 0.5% or less, it only takes say 20 similar mindsets to get this deal looking much better

lets see what the independent valuation comes through and how that compares against broker valuations (which are also very strongly independent).

Where are talking about 50% less than the average broker valuation - I dont think an independent valuation can be that far off?
