    I would think they would only need 75 percent of the remaining 80 percent of the company after their 20 percent is taken off, so in total they need 60 percent of the remaining 80 percent of the company to get it.

    I could be wrong.

    I think they'll get all the buyers now who are looking for their quick 10 percent, plus the board plus any institutions. I've got no doubt they and the board will be closely monitoring the amount of shares they think they'll get. I've seen it before when a company knows they're going to fail they either change things or stop proceedings.

    As has been said before on here, I can't see the Chinese walking away from this, and whilst I have my smaller than many holdings averaged at about 18.7 cents, I'll still vote no.

    I'm interested to see how they are going to allocate any top up shares.
